Para la devolución del deposito de limpieza se tendrá que dejar completamente vacío y limpio el trastero sin dejar ningún elemento en las instalaciones y zonas comunes.

Unless otherwise stated, no items have been authenticated by the Storage Facility or its employees. No warranty is provided over the working order of the goods being sold. All goods should be considered as used and untested.
Payment:
Upon winning, the amount will be automatically charged to your card. If payment is declined, it will be considered a breach of agreement. All sales are final — no refunds.
Collection:
You have 72 hours from notification to contact us and arrange access to the unit. If we don`t hear from you within that period, the contents will revert to FIERO Storage`s disposal.

A cleaning deposit is required as a guarantee that the unit will be left empty and in good condition. The deposit will be returned once the unit has been fully cleared.
General conditions:
You are bidding on the full contents of the unit as seen — what you see is what you get.
All items must be removed and the unit left clean.
By placing a bid you are entering into a legally binding contract.
You must identify yourself as the legitimate winner upon collection (ID + winner notification).
Any personal documents, photos or sensitive data found must be handed over to FIERO Storage.
FIERO Storage reserves the right to cancel the auction if bids are deemed unreasonable.
