Der gerĂ€umte Raum ist besenrein zu ĂŒbergeben. HierfĂŒr ist vor Ort eine Kaution in Höhe von 100 ⏠in bar zu hinterlegen. Die RĂŒckerstattung erfolgt nach ordnungsgemĂ€Ăer Ăbergabe des Objekts.
Lastenaufzug und Transporthilfsmittel stehen vor Ort zur VerfĂŒgung.
Der KĂ€ufer verpflichtet sich, sĂ€mtliche bei der RĂ€umung aufgefundenen persönlichen GegenstĂ€nde, Dokumente und Unterlagen (z. B. Fotos, Ausweise, VertrĂ€ge, Steuerunterlagen, KontoauszĂŒge oder sonstige persönliche SchriftstĂŒcke) unverzĂŒglich an den VerkĂ€ufer zu ĂŒbergeben.
Alle GegenstĂ€nde werden nach dem Grundsatz âgekauft wie gesehenâ verĂ€uĂert. Eine GewĂ€hrleistung, RĂŒcknahme oder nachtrĂ€gliche Reklamation ist ausgeschlossen. SĂ€mtliche VerkĂ€ufe sind verbindlich und endgĂŒltig.

Conditions for Buyers:
If the buyer is unable to carry out the clearance personally, a written authorization must be provided for the person performing the clearance on their behalf. The authorized person must also present a valid form of identification upon arrival.
The clearance may only take place during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and must be completed within a maximum of 3 business days after the auction has ended.
Once you have been notified of your successful bid, we recommend arranging a collection appointment by calling 0431 79934620.
The unit must be returned in a broom-clean condition. A security deposit of âŹ100 is required and can only be paid in cash on site. The deposit will be refunded after the unit has been inspected and accepted in the required condition.
A freight elevator and moving equipment are available on site for use during the clearance process.
The buyer is responsible for immediately handing over any personal belongings, documents, photographs, legal paperwork, tax records, bank statements, or other personal items discovered during the clearance to the seller.
All items are sold strictly on an "as seen" / "sold as is" basis. All sales are final. No warranties, returns, refunds, or claims will be accepted after the purchase.
IMPORTANT: All goods are considered "branded as". Brands or artist names (eg. Nike, Wii, Rolex, The Beatles etc) are used for descriptive purposes. Unless otherwise stated, no items have been authenticated by the Storage Facility or its employees. No warranty is provided over the working order of the goods being sold.
